Create Parquet Cache (Data Management Tools)

Summary

Creates a local persistent cache file containing the data from the specified Parquet or GeoParquet file.

The input file must meet the requirements described in Parquet in ArcGIS.
The persistent cache file is created on the machine where this tool is run. See Cached Parquet data for information about the cache.

CreateParquetCache example 1 (Python window)

Build cache for a Parquet file named celltowerpings.parquet stored in an S3 bucket.

CreateParquetCache example 2 (Python window)

Build cache for a Parquet file named flightdiversions.parquet that is stored on disk on a Linux box.

This tool does not use any geoprocessing environments.
