003091: Unable to process non-simple polygons.
Description
A polygon with nonsimple geometry in the primary reference data was encountered and could not be processed while building the locator.
Solution
Use the following steps to resolve the error:
Run the Check Geometry tool to generate a report of the geometry problems in the reference data.
Run the Repair Geometry tool to fix the geometry problems identified by the Check Geometry tool.
Caution:
Make a backup of the reference data before running the tool, as the Repair Geometry tool modifies the Input Features geometry.
Use the repaired reference data to build the locator.
