240009: Failed to convert polygon-based points of interest to points for use in the OD Cost Matrix analysis.

Description

When calculating public transit frequency statistics for points of interest, the Calculate Transit Service Frequency tool performs a Network Analyst OD Cost Matrix calculation to identify the public transit stops within range of the points of interest. If the input points of interest are polygon features, the tool converts them to points for use in the OD Cost Matrix analysis. This polygon-to-point conversion failed.

Solution

Review the other error messages to understand the reason the polygon-to-point conversion failed. Run the Repair Geometry tool to fix geometry problems in the input points of interest feature class; then try running the Calculate Transit Service Frequency tool tool again.
