Description

The feature dataset contains a network dataset and feature classes that are part of the public transit data model. The tool will attempt to delete or edit those existing data model feature classes, but because they participate in a network dataset, this process will fail.

Solution

Delete the network dataset before running the tool.

To re-create the network dataset later with the same settings, run the Create Template From Network Dataset tool first.
