Update an attachment to a row/feature with attachment support.

Parameters

token: The RowToken representing the future row to update the attachment to.
attachmentOID: The oid of the attachment to remove.
filePath: The filesystem path to the file to attach to the row.
properties: Properties provide additional description or context for this attachment.

Remarks

This method is used to update an attachment to a future row returned from the EditOperation.Create method. The RowToken allows the row to be created and the attachment added within the same EditOperation, without the need for chaining. Existing attachment properties are only replaced when new properties are provided.
