Gets or sets a value indicating whether or not to draw proportional symbols for polygon features above all layers.

Remarks

This option applies when drawing proportional symbols for polygon layers. The background will be drawn in contents order and this option indicates if the proportional symbols should be drawn in contents order or above all other layers.
