Ortho mapping in ArcGIS Pro using Server
ArcGIS Pro provides a comprehensive workspace experience for ortho mapping using drone, digital and scanned photography, and satellite imagery. When ArcGIS Pro is connected to ArcGIS Image Server configured for raster analysis or ArcGIS Reality Server, ortho mapping tasks such as image adjustment and product generation can be delegated to be processed remotely on self-hosted enterprise infrastructure.
By running these jobs on your enterprise infrastructure, you can take advantage of multi‑machine configurations for high‑performance, distributed processing. Products generated are automatically shared as imagery layer (True Ortho/DTM/DSM), Scene Layer (DSM Mesh) on the portal.
